This collection is one of the best views on the acting out of the specific client dynamics within staff and institutional systems. Beside that it also contains some valuable introductory articles on key Tavi concepts. Id recommend that book to people working in the Human Services, consultants with a psychoanalytic orientation as well as psychotherapists whod like to broaden their knowledge on unconscious group and organizational dynamics.
