This is an excellent book. It provides an overview of the meridian based psychotherapies (TFT, EFT, etc.), discusses the theoretical underpinnings of this approach, and provides some useful variations on technique. It is probably the best book Ive read on the Thought Field Therapy approach to Energy Psychology...THANKS BDB Group!!!!
