About the Author(s)
C. G. Jung (1875 - 1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist, innovative thinker and founder of Analytical Psychology, whose most influential ideas include the concept of psychological archetypes, the collective unconscious, and synchronicity. He is the author of numerous works, including Memories, Dreams, Reflections and Man and His Symbols.
Roderick Main, PhD, is a Professor in the Centre for Psychoanalytic Studies, University of Essex. He is the author of The Rupture of Time: Synchronicity and Jung’s Critique of Modern Western Culture (2004) and Revelations of Chance: Synchronicity as Spiritual Experience (2007) and the editor of Jung on Synchronicity and the Paranormal (1997).
