"The Coaching Organization" draws on the authors' extensive experience and additional research completed since the publication of their first book, "The Coaching Manager", to help promote coaching and leadership capabilities in organizations. It helps define the goals of coaching in order to develop leadership and explains how a culture that encourages employees to seek out coaching and encourages managers to coach can be developed. "The Coaching Organization" provides methodology for in-house training of coaching managers, which will help eliminate the need for repetitive sessions by paid consultants.
