Therapists at Risk: Perils of the intimacy of the therapeutic relation

Therapists are becoming increasingly worried about being sued or brought before a licensing board, in the event that they are threatened with legal action by their patients. This work seeks to show therapists how they can remain creative and helpful, whilst avoiding a brush with the legal system.
