The chapters that make up this innovative volume go beyond the basics to offer a unique collection of theoretical perspectives paired with case studies designed to emphasize techniques that can be applied in a variety of settings. In addition to boasting thoroughly expanded versions of all previously published content, this timely reference includes an all new chapter on DMT interventions in palliative care and added references throughout to reflect to the most current knowledge.
